How to connect your Shopify store to Graas Platform

Note: Keep your admin credentials handy for connecting the store. 

Steps to connect the Shopify Store

Get to Connect > Shopify 

1. To connect your Shopify store, click on the Connect button.

2. Once you are inside the Shopify tab, click on the Go to Shopify Channel.

3. You will be directed to the app store. Click on the Install button here.

4. Next you will be redirected to a Login page. Fill in your admin email and password. 

5. Once you are logged in, all your channel names will appear. Select the Channels that you want to connect to Graas.

6. To authorize, the below pop up will appear once more, just click on the Shopify account you logged in with.

7. Once your account is connected to Graas, it will appear active, with a green tick as shown below. To add more stores, click on Add New Account and repeat the process.

Your data will start populating in about 3 hours and you can then start analyzing the data and view your eCommerce performance by using the Workspace , Marketing Deep Dive or Business Deep Dive.
