Methods for data extraction
- API integrations: Sources including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Flipkart, Google ads, Facebook, Tiktok, and Salesforce are connected through API integrations, allowing them to communicate and share data in specific data formats and structures.
- Browser extensions: In addition to API integrations, we have also built a Chrome Extension to extract those metrics that are not available via API, to give you the complete metrics required for sales and marketing analysis. Once installed, the Chrome extension automates the process of downloading reports from ecommerce marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon and Flipkart.
With the Chrome Extension we can get 100+ more metrics such as voucher revenue, visitor, ads spend, page view, promotion related metrics. Therefore, you get access to better insights and analytics. You can use the Marketing Deep Dive or the Business Deep Dive to gain insights about the store sales performance, ad campaign performance and more.
