How credits work
1. Simple, you can just add credits to your account by selecting an amount on the checkout section of the subscriptions page.
2. Orders processed by Graas will use 1 or more credits, based on the selected Subscription Plan. For example, if you buy the Analyze Add On only you will be charged 1 credit per order but if you buy Analyze Add On and Predict Add On then you will be charged 2 credits per order.
3. There is a minimum top up amount set for each currency/ region we serve in.
The minimum top up amount set for each geographic region is as follows:

4. The minimum top amount across each geography is to yield a total of 10,000 credits.
5. You will be notified when your credit balance is running low. To ensure uninterrupted services, keep topping up your credits!
6. In case you have selected the auto-renewal option for payments, once the number of credits in your account hit the minimum threshold i.e. 100 credits, then the payment will be auto- deducted from the selected payment method.
