Q 1. What is the duration of the Free Trial?
The Free Trial is valid for 30 days from the date of account creation.

Q3. What happens after the Free Trial?
Once your Free Trial period expires, you will automatically be switched to the Free Basic plan, with access to limited features. Make sure you purchase Add Ons so that you can keep using all the features from your trial.

Q4. What is the difference between Basic and Advanced versions for each feature?

Workspace - Ecommerce Dashboard

  • Basic: You will get the default template, but will not be able to edit, customize, or build new charts or tables.
  • Advanced: You will get the default template, and will be able to customize and/or create personalized charts and tables.

Workspace - Marketing Dashboard

  • Basic: You will get the default template, but will not be able to edit, customize, or build new charts.
  • Advanced: You will get the default template, and will be able to customize and/or create personalized charts and tables.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Basic: You will get access up to the 3rd level of drop downs for finding the root cause of GMV fluctuations. Level 1: GMV, Level 2: Channels, Level 3: GMV Equation (Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV)
  • Advanced: You will get full access to all drop downs of the metrics related to the root cause of GMV fluctuations.

Insights & Recommendations

  • Basic: You will see insights and recommendations within the Workspace and Deep Dive sections.
  • Advanced: You will get access to a dedicated page containing all insights and recommendations.

Q 5. How does the pricing plan work?

  • Your base plan will be the Basic plan. You can select additional features that you want to use from the available Add On packages. You can select as many Add On packages as you want. 
  • Once you’ve selected your plan, the next step will be to buy credits. You can buy credits starting from USD 100.
  • Credits will be deducted based on the number of orders processed on the Grass platform. When your balance approaches its limit, a meter will indicate usage and a message will appear to top up the credits.

Q 6. Will offline orders be included in the credit balance?
Yes. All orders that enter the Graas platform will be processed and therefore offline orders will also count toward the credit balance.

Q 7. Can I stop or pause my own channel connection so that it does not count against my balance?

Q 8. Will charges apply to specific order statuses only?
All order statuses will incur charges as we process and analyze data for all types of orders.

Q 9. What is the validity period for my credits?
The credits are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.

Q 10. What happens if I top up my credits while I still have some balance left?
The 12 months validity period will start from the day of the top up for the amount topped up. For example, let’s say you purchased 10,000 credits on 1 January 2024 and as of  1 July 2024, 5000 credits remain. On 1 July 2024, let’s say you topped up your balance with an additional 15,000 credits. The 5,000 credits from the previous purchase will expire on 1 January 2025. The 15,000 credits purchased on 1 July 2024 will expire on 1 July 2025.
